Celebrating nutrition Month
Nutrition Month is an important time when we learn about eating healthy and taking care of our bodies. It is celebrated every year to remind us how important good nutrition is for our growth and health. During this month, schools and communities have activities like healthy food fairs, poster-making, and talks about proper eating.
Eating healthy food gives us energy to study, play, and grow strong. We should eat fruits, vegetables, rice, fish, and drink lots of water. Avoiding junk food and too much sugar helps keep us strong and active. Good nutrition also helps us avoid sickness and stay focused in school.
