           Nutrition Month is an important time when we learn about eating healthy and taking care of our bodies. It is celebrated every year to remind us how important good nutrition is for our growth and health. During this month, schools and communities have activities like healthy food fairs, poster-making, and talks about proper eating.           Eating healthy food gives us energy to study, play, and grow strong. We should eat fruits, vegetables, rice, fish, and drink lots of water. Avoiding junk food and too much sugar helps keep us strong and active. Good nutrition also helps us avoid sickness and stay focused in school.            .Nutrition Month teaches us that we are responsible for what we eat. If we make healthy choices every day, we will feel better and do better in life. Let us all remember to take care of our health by eating the right food not just in Nutrition Month, but every day.

  Dear Mr. President, I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to thank you for all the hard work you do for our country. Being the President is a big responsibility, and I admire how you lead our nation. You make important decisions every day to help keep us safe and make our country better. I believe a good President should be honest, kind, and always think about the people. I see that you are trying your best, and I appreciate your efforts. first quarter, everyone is talking about it, you, me, basically all of us, but were one here for one thing, what will we expect for first quarter, for me i might say it will be a decent 1st quarter, all things good, no flaws, well.. some, but throughout my junior high school years, i might say we will handle things well and done. There's a few expectations i want to see in this quarter is that all students are more disciplined especially when in a serious moment, don't want any thing bad happening then someone just laughs mid problem, another one is that we shouldn't always be serious, although discipline is the key, too much is bad, and besides, we are just humans, its a mental key to stay active on parts where your mind cant comprehend what's supposed to be going on at the moment.       I was bought to this world by my mother, I didn't have  an obligation bit I was sure to be a gift a gift for my family, my first birthday wasn't that special, its like very other birthday but my mom and dad, they felt like it was the very first time for them, back then I was like the fruit of the tree slowly growing to be mature, as my life goes on, i become  more aware of my surroundings and earned consciousness throughout, my life wasn't as amazing but living is already the best thing about it.       At 6 years old, my life changed, well,... not really but it felt like it changed because this it the very first time i went to another province, it is a very one of a kind moment for me, and obviously as a kid it felt amazing.        Looking forward, living as a normal person, entering elementary, not that much friends actually, I was kind of the odd one out back then wasn't noticed that much, or like never, obviously ...
